What We Do and
Who We Serve
We offer AHA certified CPR classes to groups and businesses in King County, Snohomish County, Skagit County, and Bellingham, with a minimum class size of 5 people. For these classes, we travel to and teach the class at your place of business.
We also offer classes for individuals that are held once a month at our office in North Seattle, near the University of WA. To sign up before the class is full, go to Classes for Indviduals.
Our Mission
First responder CPR is critical when it comes to improving the survival rate of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. Unfortunately, the likelihood of an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patient receiving first responder/bystander CPR in a public setting is quite low – 39% for women and 45% for men.
Our goal is to help increase not only OHCA survival rates, but also the occurance of first responder/bystander CPR. In order to achieve this, we dedicate ourselves to high quality instruction using the most up-to-date, science backed data and information available, coupled with real world firefighter experience. We strive to meet and exceed the CPR training standards put forth by the American Heart Association®. We do our best to provide a fun, safe, enjoyable environment for everyone to better facilitate participant learning and comprehension.

Training with Diversity
Studies show that bystander civilians are less likely to give life-saving CPR to people of color and/or women. We strive to change that by using a mix of male, female, light skin, and dark skin manikins.
